4. Only serious buyers. No backing out after confirmation of order. Kindly notify us if you're not interested in the item anymore. Backed out buyer without notice will be blacklisted and are not allowed to make reservations anymore in the future.

5. Items will mailed out immediately or the day after full payment is received (except for Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays) [ only applicable on MLF code items ]

For the Ready Stock Apparels (from H and B code items),
We will make sure customers will receive the goods in 7 working days. [ Strictly no rush orders, handled by companies, which deal with a lot of large orders while still offering retail service, so please be patience and understanding if you want to enjoy purchasing small quantity but with wholesales price. ]
